A Tiny Whisper in the Field
This piece is meticulously crafted by shaping Japanese cypress (hinoki) and applying traditional lacquer art techniques. It is available in two types: "Orange Tone," which features abalone shell with orange pigments on the back, and "Pink Tone," which features pink pigments. The main image and worn image show the "Orange Tone."
Genuine leather is applied to the back to prevent the lacquer from directly touching the skin.

Fittings: Medical surgical stainless steel (hypoallergenic)
Accessories: Comes in a paper box (gift wrapping +50 yen)
Delivery: 1-3 days. If out of stock, it will be made to order and delivered in approximately 4-6 weeks.

[Important Notes]
As natural abalone shell is used, there may be individual differences in patterns and colors. Also, microscopic chips or cracks derived from the material may be visible.
Each item is hand-lacquered layer by layer. Therefore, slight unevenness or dust adhesion may be visible on the lacquered surface, but we appreciate your understanding that this is part of the unique character of handmade works.
*For international deliveries, customs duties and import consumption taxes may apply. In such cases, these charges will be borne by the customer. Please be aware of this in advance.

Shipping and Handling
Domestic Shipping (within Japan)
Shipping is free nationwide.
- Accessories are shipped via LetterPack Plus (in-person delivery, no date/time specification available).
- Ceramics, panels, and boxes are shipped via Yu-Pack.
In an effort to go paperless, we do not include a detailed invoice with your order. Please refer to your email for details.
Shipping Areas
Japan, EU member states (excluding Cyprus), the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, and Taiwan
*We are currently preparing to offer shipping to the United States. We are also working to expand shipping to other countries.
International Shipping
Separate shipping fees apply.
We ship via International EMS (Express Mail Service). Customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
In case of loss or damage during shipping, we will respond according to the compensation regulations of EMS.
To reflect the artistic value of our works, our shop will declare items as "handmade artwork by an artist" using appropriate HS codes (such as 9703). However, the final decision regarding customs classification and tax amount is at the discretion of the customs authorities in the destination country. Therefore, we cannot guarantee exemption from customs duties or import taxes.
Estimated Shipping Times
Within 3 business days for domestic orders (Japan) after payment completion. Within 4 business days for international shipping.

Store Holidays
We do not ship on Sundays, public holidays, during summer holidays, or during the New Year period. Orders placed during these holiday periods will be shipped sequentially after business resumes.
Cancellations and Returns

You can change or cancel your order yourself from your My Page before it has been shipped.
[Return and Refund Policy]
Return period: Within 14 days of product arrival
In case of product defect: We will issue a full refund. We will cover the shipping cost for returns (we will contact you individually regarding the shipping method).
Returns due to customer's convenience: We will refund 70% of the payment amount (the remaining 30% will be deducted for shipping fees, administrative fees, and specialized lacquer maintenance fees). The shipping cost for returns (to Tokyo) will be borne by the customer, and please be sure to send it via a trackable shipping method.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us via the inquiry form within 14 days of product arrival. After confirming the product's condition, we will process your request.

- If dirty, wash with water using a neutral detergent and a soft sponge, then gently wipe away moisture with a soft cloth.
