Shipping policy
We currently ship to the following regions:

- EU Member States (excluding Cyprus)
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
- South Korea
- Taiwan
Shipping to the United States is currently in preparation. We are also working on expanding our services to other countries. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding our shipping destinations.
Domestic Shipping (Japan)
Free shipping on all domestic orders. Accessories are shipped via Letter Pack Plus (signature required upon delivery; delivery time and date cannot be specified). All other items are shipped via Yu-Pack. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of purchase, unless a specific lead time is noted in the product description.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service). Orders are dispatched within 5 business days of purchase, unless a specific lead time is noted in the product description. Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
To reflect the artistic value of our works, we declare all items using the appropriate HS code (such as 9703) as "handmade artworks by the artist." However, the final classification and determination of applicable duties and taxes rest solely with the customs authority of the destination country. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee exemption from customs duties or import taxes.
Non-Business Days
We do not ship on Sundays, public holidays, or during our summer and year-end/new year holiday closures. Orders placed during these periods will be dispatched once we resume operations.
